Larnook provided a unique private stay making it a memorable and luxurious experience on the most stunning hillside. The accommodation was top-class for tiny stays, with luxury finishes and special touches at every turn. Complimentary wine from the local region, Hunter lab amenities, a comfortable bed and beautiful linen. The outdoor shower and open fire were a lovely addition. We had a world of wonders nearby, but we didn’t want to leave. Larnook inspired a sense of rest, reflection & play for us. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to unwind, take long soulful walks, connect to nature or stay still for a while - it was faultless.

Stunning. We booked Larnook to celebrate our second wedding anniversary and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We arrived, opened a couple of cold beers and sat on the deck to take in the amazing view. It was pretty hot so the outdoor shower was the perfect way to cool off. We brought a platter of nibbles with us for dinner and sat at the different spots and took in the amazing views and sunset while we enjoyed local wine and treats. The interior is thoroughly considered. Beautiful fixtures and fittings, gorgeous details and everything you need is there and everything is aesthetically beautiful. The lighting throughout the place sets a romantic feel and the beautiful large windows allow you to take in your surroundings from every angle. Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly and straightforward. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this place! I did a solo trip and stayed here alone for 2 nights. It’s completely safe and secure. There’s a big empty shed behind the property, that I was initially concerned about (safety wise) but it’s just a harmless shed and absolutely nothing to worry over. The views are stunning and it’s so peaceful, the only sounds you’ll hear are the birds and the occasional car that drives by. I would definitely recommend Larnook as a place to have a solo getaway, it’s relaxing and 100% safe. Paul is an exceptional host, responds promptly and very friendly.
