COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

If a government imposed lockdown or travel restriction prevents a guest from being able to attend their booking at Larnook we offer the following options:

 

1/ A change of date for the booking to any new date available on the booking calendar.

2/ A gift voucher for the full value of their booking; valid for 3 years.

3/ Larnook will refund the client the total amount of the booking cost less 15% administration fee.

If changing dates or cancelling for reasons other than government imposed COVID-19 restrictions please refer to our standard cancellation policy.
